Pop-Up Virtual Interfaith Environmental Conversation

September 1st is an international day of prayer for the care of creation and the beginning of our observance of the season of creation. Rosh HaShanah begins September 11th and commemorates the birth of the world. As we enter a sacred time on the Jewish and Christian calendars we hope you will join for an interfaith conversation about how our theology and faith practice can inform how we advocate and care for the earth.

Mother Megan and Rabbi Amanda will facilitate guest presenters Rabbi Melissa Hoffman, Moshe Kornfeld and Deacon Linda Brown, who all work at the intersection of their respective faiths and the environment. After short presentations from the guests, participants will break out into interfaith groups to continue the conversation. This will be fully online via Zoom (link here), so join us over your lunch hour to learn how Jews and Christians can come together and care for the place we all call home!
